We offer a welcoming and homely hospitality in an independent flat at gound floor with 4/6 beds, in a very peacefull place, in the hills at 700 mt height, plunged in the green, 4,5 km from Como centre and the lake, exactly on the border with Brunate, a famous touristic village, well-known especially for its lovely views on the lake and the Alps and for the many walks and trekking tours departing from there.
Spacious garden and private parking places available.
Ideal place both for families with children (baby bed, high chiars and toys available) and for business stays being at the same time close to Como and Erba but in a relaxing area.
It is possible as well to reach Como with the funicular in just 7 minutes without taking the car.
The departure station in Brunate is at about 2 km from our house;
the arrival in Como is very close to the city centre and to the boat quay for all the beautiful palces on the lake ( Cernobbio, Torno, Bellagio, Argegno, Menaggio, etc...).
At 15 min. by car there is always a little lake, Lago di Montorfano, where it is possible to swim and relax on the grass in a little pinewood with a bar.
The breakfast we offer you is always rich, sweet or salty according to your preferences, made up of orgnaic food and home made cakes.

We quote reduced prices for children (free up to 3 years) and several days stays.
Use of the kitchen and laundry service on request with a surcharge on the price.
The arrival in our B&B could be at any time, day or night, when previously agreeded, with free "shuttle" service from Brunate for people arriving by pubblic transportations.

Spoken languages: english, french, russian and spanish.

Our house is equipped with solar panels for the water heating.

How to reach us


By car from the highway A9, exit COMO SUD, follow for Como city center (Cecilio str.); then keep your left and follow the main road (P. Paoli str.) always straight to Piazza Camerlata, Via Napoleona, Via Milano; at the end of it turn compulsorily to the right and pass the level crossing going up straight taking via T. Grossi, direction Brunate. You go up for about 2,5 km and you'll meet a fork: take your LEFT direction BRUNATE. less than 1 km and you'll arrive in Brunate: just at the end of the climb, take the narrow street on your RIGHT (Via per Civiglio) direction: CARABINIERI / CIVIGLIO. Continue for about 1.5 km: 150 mt after the sign "ARRIVEDERCI A BRUNATE", the first house on your right on the street level is our home. Reachable from Como also by the funicular of Brunate (station at 2 km) and by bus N° 5 ( terminus at about 1 km).
