Description


The Bed and Breakfast Il Colombé is an oasis of peace and
tranquillity, located in a centenarian park at the
border of Natural parks of Montevecchia, Valle del
Curone, La Valletta. Its magic atmosphere is the ideal for
guests loving to live in harmony with nature, both for
relaxing holidays and for business reasons.
The B&B, with independent entrance, offers lodging
till 6 hosts in a familiar, receiving and comfortable
atmosphere. For our hosts we have a double-room or two beds
room called Le Querce (the Oaks), and a double room
called La Capanna (the hut), the both placed in a romantic
garret. All rooms have private independent hygienic
services.
Other two beds are available in the living-room, with
toilet in common with another bed-room.
Optimal solution for those who must find lodging for job or
tourism in Brianza, in the provinces of Milano, Monza and
Brianza, Lecco and Como, or in the near Ticino (CH).
Il Colombé is enriched from the availability of a covered
swimming pool with solarium and trough an indoor well-
being centre opened till 23:30 P.M..
We point out that near our structure, in the towns of
Monticello Brianza e Nobionno, two great dimensions Thermal
and Wellness Centre are available where our hosts can spend
pleasant moments.
We offer to our hosts a reach continental breakfast with
local foods, served in the living room or under the
arcades in the garden if the weather allows.
The wide habitable kitchen, completely furnished with
household-electric and flat baking, is at our hosts disposal.
For the moments of rest and reading the living-room with
comfortable sofa and the romantic fireplace is available. It is
provided with satellite TV and an Hi-Fi system that can be
limited in the room Le Querce.
For our guest also interesting brochures with tourist
information such as places to visit, short trips around,
cultural advents, theatres, concerts, etc..

How to reach us


Il Colombè is approximately 25-30 kilometers from Milano, Lecco, Monza, Como and from the respective railway stations. By car about 30 minutes from the airports of Orio al Serio (Aeroporto di Bergamo) and Linate (Aeroporti di Milano), while the Areoporto internazionale della Malpensa is reachable in about 50 minutes (also trough Trenitalia from Milano Garibaldi Station or trough Ferrovie Nord Milano). Barzanò is connected also to the Metro station of Milan - Red Line 1 Station of Sesto San Giovanni 1° Maggio FS – by Bus + railway from the station from city of Monza. At the end Barzanò is reachable with bus from the railway station of Arcore (Mi) For hosts coming from Venezia/Brescia on A4 Highway or East tangentiale of Milano. You Exit to the tollgate of Agrate and then you follow direction towards Lecco. You strait on and continue on A51 superhighway direction Usmate-Velate then you leave the escape n. 20 - Arcore-Casatenovo direction -. You follow the Arcore direction. You continue always straight and to pass the Municipalities of Lesmo, Casatenovo, Barzanò. The municipality after Monticello is Barzanò. After ab. 450 m. from the town signal of Barzanò, at the half of a rectilinear, in correspondence to a pedestrian passage, you will find on the right side the Via Mazzini and you feed it in climb. After the 1° hairpin you see a green gate on the left side as the income of the Il Colombé, you have arrived! For hosts coming from Lecco You follow provincial road SP51 and you exceed the municipalities of Oggiono and Dolzago until you reach the municipality of Barzanò. You continue for ab. 1,7 km. With reference to the bell tower of the church of the Country after ab. 300 meters at the half of a rectilinear, in correspondence to a pedestrian passage, you will find on the left side the Via Mazzini and you feed it in climb. After the 1° hairpin you see a green gate on the left side as the income of Il Colombé, you have arrived! For hosts coming from Monza You follow the Lecco direction on provincial road SP 51 till Barzanò. The municipality after Monticello is Barzanò. After ab. 450 m. from the town signal of Barzanò, at the half of a rectilinear, in correspondence to a pedestrian passage, you will find on the right side the Via Mazzini and you feed it in climb. At Bevera you take on the right the provincial road direction Barzanò-Milano. At the stop, you turn on the left (Barzanò direction) till Barzanò. You continue for ab. 1,7 km.
