We invite you to share in a part of Lecco’s history at the “Località Manzoniane”.
Enjoy the city’s first historical Bed and Breakfast, where the hospitality and atmosphere are the same as that which was experienced in the past.

Where a warm welcome, a familiar environment, and flexibility around your schedule and needs are our concern.
Our philosophy revolves around the satisfaction of our guests. We want you to feel as though you are in the comfort of your own home, while at the same time guaranteeing privacy and independence.

Come visit us and you will discover that we will do everything possible to make your stay just as you wished it would be.
Our Bed and Breakfast is comprised of three private bedrooms, both single and double beds, with a beautiful view over the town of Lecco and its lake. There is a large common bathroom for the exclusive use of our guests.

We are located in the upper part of Lecco, surrounded by nature; only a five minute drive from the cable car that will take you into the mountain range surrounding the town and seven minutes from the historical centre. We are also easily accessible by public transportation.

For prolonged stays, you can also make use of the outdoor barbeque in our relaxing garden, or a game of foosball (table soccer) for friendly competitions with your friends.

How to reach us


Our Bed and Breakfast can be reached by both the traditional road and the new Lecco-Ballabio road, thanks to the tunnel that ends in front of the Manzoni hospital where you can then turn in the direction of ‘Versasio-Funivia piani d’Erna’. We are also easily accessible by public transportation: the number 5 bus stops right in front of our Bed and Breakfast and connects all major points in town (train station, hospital, lake, downtown and Erna cable car). We can bring you to the B&b with our car, or you can follow us with yours, from many places in Lecco (railway station, lakeside - APT, “Le Meridiane” mall, SS36 - Exit: Milano - Lecco, center of Lecco).
