Description
Our B&B at the ground floor of our house is situated in a quite place of Abbadia Lariana on the eastern branch of Como Lake, one hour from Milan.
We have 2 bedrooms with own bathroom just renovated, a living room with fireplace and a veranda with view to the lake in which we offer the rich breakfast. A pretty garden surrounds the house.
We are close to the Sentiero del Viandante and starting point for many walking in the Park of Grigne and its mountain huts.
Walking 5 minutes we are in the very nice Parco of Chiesa Rotta with the beaches and after 200 mt the boat station for Varenna, Bellagio and Lecco.
We have covered motorcycle park. Nearby the car park.

How to reach us
Airport in our vicinity : Malpensa about km 95– Linate km 67 – Orio al Serio km 48 By train from Milan central station: direction Lecco – Sondrio. Stop in Abbadia Lariana or Mandello del Lario. By car from Milan or Bergamo : SS 36 direction Sondrio. 7 km after Lecco exit to Abbadia Lariana – Mandello del Lario – Varenna –Ferryboat – SP 72. After about 1 km, driving through Abbadia, turn right direction Linzanico, straight on for 150 mt, turn left to Via Volta and you will find our B&B.
